Job DescriptionAre you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking flexible work opportunities? Join our team at a premier senior care facility located in East Windsor, NJ. We are currently seeking Per Diem LPNs to provide high-quality care to our residents on an as-needed basis.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey.
Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
CPR certification required.
Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Competitive per diem rates.
