    Job Description:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join the culinary team at Umbrella Dry Bar. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in executing our menu offerings with precision, creativity, and a commitment to quality, contributing to the unique culinary experience we offer.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute menu items according to recipes and standards set by Umbrella Dry Bar, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation of dishes.

    Prep ingredients for a range of charcuterie boards and small plates that support every dietary journey.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, refrigeration, and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.

    Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, considering seasonal availability and zero-proof beverage pairings.

    Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

    Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing management of ingredient needs.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.

    Knowledge of kitchen equipment and strong cooking techniques.

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

    Understanding and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace in adherence to health and safety standards.

    Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
