Schedule:
Mon-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 10am-6pm


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation

of our mental health office. This position requires exceptional organizational, administrative,

and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth workflow, excellent patient experience, and

effective communication within the office.

Clinic Supervisor


SUPERVISES:
Front desk staff

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:
Office Operations

i. Oversee daily operations of the mental health office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

ii. Coordinate schedules and appointments for mental health professionals.

iii. Manage client records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

v. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.

Client Relations

vi. Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

vii. Assist clients in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, payment, and completing necessary paperwork.

viii. Address patient concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

ix. Manage patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.


II. QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in office management or administration, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.

- Understanding of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare strongly preferred.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

IV. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

I. This position performs a wide variety of routine clerical/administrative task for a mental health clinic.

II.

Must be able to manage clients and respond to crises as needed with the support of the clinicians on site.

III. Perform all other duties as assigned by the clinic supervisor


Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
