    Description

    Job Description:

    • Develop and enhance improvements using the most advanced emulation technology available in the industry.
    • Provide support for emulation methodology & tools (Veloce, Palladium & ZeBu) as part of the central methodology team.
    • Create App Notes & Articles to address Frequently Asked questions.
    • Collaborate with RTL, verification, validation and SW teams to develop emulation tools, workflows, and infrastructure for enhanced productivity during debug, runtime, and data analysis of emulation results.
    • Develop emulation validation components to improve efficiency in testing, debug, and automation.
    • Work on bringing up and debugging PCIe, DDR, and generic SOC interfaces.
    • Integrate and bring-up 3rd party accelerated verification IPs.
    • Provide solutions for emulation challenges and offer methodology recommendations.
    • Work on implementing ML/AI applications in emulation.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Emulation-based Verification using: Cadence Palladium, Synopsys Zebu, or Mentor Veloce.
    • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, assembly, Perl/Python.
    • Proficient in debugging complex SOC, GPU, or CPU core designs.
    • Experience in triaging regressions, debugging, and resolving down to RTL or Testbench issues.
    • Ability to develop and improve emulation transactors.
    • Experience with UPF and Power Estimation-based Emulation is advantageous.
    • Potential to convert into a full-time position after a contract period.
    • If the contractor plans to conclude their assignment early, providing a one month notice is ideal to facilitate the transition and knowledge transfer process.
