- Delivers, sets up and installs small to medium size digital office technology equipment i.e. multi-functioning copiers, mail machines, telephones, etc. to customers offices.
- Safely driving company van to customers offices, interacting with customers about details of their order, education of the new installed equipment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicates with customers to understand copier/IT helpdesk issues probing when necessary to understand, diagnose, and resolve issues while educating customers to minimize future calls.
- Maintains time, resources and urgency of issue to assist customers in timely manner.
- Documents all work in company database for tracking purposes.

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience working with multi-functional office technology equipment; hands on technical skills.
- Must maintain valid drivers license plus acceptable safe, driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; self- motivated, and excellent communication skills.
- Previous computer/network/helpdesk, delivery and customer service experience.
- Physical endurance to be on feet, bending, stooping, stretching, and driving/traveling between office locations, carry heavy equipment up to 100 lbs.

Reporting to the Vice President of Service and the Inventory Control/Logistics Manager, this versatile role involves both providing support at our Copier/IT Helpdesk and conducting fieldwork to deliver and install office technology equipment.
Your work will ensure that our clients receive seamless service and support, bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
