As a project manager (m/f/d) in onshore wind development, you will drive the expansion of renewable energy in Germany together with us. You will be responsible for the development of several wind farm projects at different stages until they are ready for construction and final investment decision. In doing so, you will manage the necessary project participants and the project team.

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the development of wind farm projects, taking into account legal, technical, and commercial framework conditions, including quality assurance
  • Organization and management of an internal project team and external partners for the development of onshore wind energy projects in Germany
  • Creation of project timelines and budgets, as well as continuous project reporting
  • Identification of critical success factors and evaluation of opportunities and risks
  • Preparation of decision templates for management
  • Preparation and coordination of auction participation in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), including bid submission and alternative marketing options (PPAs)
  • Preparation of the construction phase (execution planning), including the creation of an investment plan and handover of the project to the construction department

Your profile:

  • Several years of solid experience in the development and management of onshore wind energy projects in the German market
  • Extensive experience in project management
