Educators and Language Support Specialists

Responsibilities:
Care, support, and education of children aged 3-6 years old

Creating a loving and supportive environment for the children

Implementing educational concepts and planning educational activities

Promoting children's language skills through targeted measures and activities

Collaborating with parents and colleagues to support the individual development of children

Documenting and reporting on the children's development


Requirements:
Completed training as a state-recognized educator or equivalent qualification

Additional training or experience in the field of language support

Passion for working with children and their individual development

Empathy, patience, and teamwork skills

Creativity and enjoyment in designing educational activities

Good communication skills and intercultural competence

Good German language skills in speaking and writing
