    Job Title: Proposal Manager

    Position Description:

    Hensel Phelps is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their newest office, playing a vital role in driving growth and pursuing opportunities in an exciting market. This position is key within the procurement team, responsible for expanding the company's footprint in the region through client development, marketing and communication outreach, and project procurement. Proposal Managers dive into a variety of tasks, from developing and designing proposal content to managing proposal responses like RFQs and RFPs. Their focus is on enhancing deliverables and overseeing the development process, ensuring top-quality submissions for new projects.


    Position Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Highly skilled in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • 5+ years of team management and leadership experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in DASH and WEBDAM Management
    • Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
    • Effective in multitasking and task management
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Capable of building professional relationships

    Essential Duties:
    • Ensure proposals align with win theme objectives
    • Lead the development of compelling and customized proposals
    • Manage proposal teams for top-quality responses
    • Drive proposal process improvements and strategy development
    • Oversee data management systems
    • Coach and mentor marketing team members
