Varied tasks, deep insights into various topics and projects of internal communication, active participation in various internal media - the Continental Automotive division is looking for an intern (m/f/d) for the "People Engagement / Internal Communication" department for approximately 5 months starting in August 2024.

In our team, you can expect a variety of exciting tasks, including:
  • Assisting in the design and maintenance of the company's intranet, including creating and updating various communication formats
  • Planning and creating newsletters
  • Supporting the planning, design, and maintenance of the internal employee app - formats (Contibeat)
  • Editorial work for various internal media: finding topics, research, writing articles in English and German, and designing the content
  • Assisting in defining the strategic direction of internal communication for the Automotive division
  • Working closely with other Continental divisions, Automotive business units, and central functions on a daily basis
  • Assisting in KPI evaluation - assessing the effectiveness of different communication measures and supporting the optimization of formats and campaigns
  • Assisting in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal events for management and employees
  • Creating graphic elements for internal communication channels
  • Independently taking on smaller projects within the team
