As part of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and Single Resolution Mechanism for Eurozone banks, we are connected in Europe and worldwide and shape European and international financial market standards.

We are currently looking for several Referees (m/f/d) for the Fundamental Principles Department for the Recovery and Resolution of Insurance Companies in Insurance Supervision for a two-year fixed-term position on a full-time or part-time basis at our offices in the federal city of Bonn or Frankfurt am Main.

The Fundamental Principles Department is responsible, among other things, for the further development of a national, European and global legal framework for the recovery and resolution of insurance companies in insurance supervision.

The implementation of the Insurance Recovery and Resolution Directive (IRRD) into national law involves cross-departmental cooperation within BaFin as well as with the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Your tasks also include working in working groups of the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), which gives your work a strong international focus.
