In the BASF canteens, around 7,000 employees eat daily. Together with the team, you ensure a delicious and balanced offer. In addition to preparing the food, you purchase the goods and take care of proper storage. Special bonus - as an apprentice, you will already be deployed in our various canteens, gaining experience and learning to manage processes independently.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN YOUR TRAINING
  • Procurement and proper storage of food
  • Planning and preparation of food, checking quality/hygiene
  • Professional support and advice for guests
  • Planning employee deployment and cost calculation
  • Control and optimization of operational processes
  • Work in kitchen, service, merchandise management, controlling & purchasing
  • Customer support on site
  • Participation in complaint management
