Employee in Supplier Management - Focus Switzerland (m/f/d): part-time (30 hours/week).

As a member of the accounts payable team, you will be responsible for reviewing and posting invoices, as well as corresponding with our colleagues in Switzerland.


Your mission:


  • You review incoming invoices based on goods receipts
  • You post incoming invoices, returns, payments, and consignment goods
  • You are responsible for the dunning process
  • You are in charge of account maintenance and preparing and executing payments using SAP
  • You also handle the setup and maintenance of master data
  • You communicate in writing with our colleagues at VANGRAAF in Switzerland
  • You provide support for yearend closing if needed
