    Description


    As a Material Coordinator you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials required for our operations.

    Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    $24 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, transacts system receipts, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items Prepares and fulfills outbound shipments, executes appropriate system transactions and maintains records of merchandise shipped May prepare kitting packages for assembly production both internal to Ayar Labs and external at manufacturing partners. Ensure FIFO procedures are complied with when materials are received into the stockroom and perform daily cycle count tasks.

    Conduct the above assigned responsibilities in such a manner as to insure that the stockroom is maintained in a safe, neat and orderly manner Perform other duties as required by the organization The essential functions of this role include:
