We are boutique real estate company located in the South Loop specializing in the management and leasing of a portfolio of luxury apartment buildings.
Assistant Property Manager
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Managing appointment scheduling and calendar maintenance.
Handling tenant communications, including investigating and resolving tenants' complaints.
Responsible for a thorough knowledge of management company policies and procedures and property community policies.
Coordinating tenant maintenance requests.
Inspecting property, office, vacant units, and scheduling routine inspections.
Overseeing unit move ins and move outs.
Showing units for rent, marketing, and interacting with prospects.
Assisting with the lease renewal program.
Performing general office duties such as answering telephone and ordering office supplies.
Efficient and timely reporting of all administrative files and report as well as post rent to the accounting system (QuickBooks).
Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
One or two years in property management or general office and customer service assistance.
Additional Skill:
Required:
Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Must be able to work in an active, fast-paced, multi-faceted, and customer service-oriented environment. Access to a reliable vehicle to drive between properties. Saturday availability.
Preferred:
Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

- Weekends as needed
