    Trademark Associate (Clearance & Prosecution – Spanish Language Skills Required) – Multiple Locations, Remote

    (TMC) Trademark & Copyright Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark and Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP continues to grow and seeks an Associate with at least 2 years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution, who is proficient in both Spanish and English. We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution and investigations. Spanish language skills, both written and spoken, are a must. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.


    Multiple office base location options:

    Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, Winston Salem, or the option to work remotely.
