Job Summary: As a Service Advisor at Kissimmee Motorsports, you will be the main point of contact for customers in our service department. Your main role will be to ensure that each customer receives top-notch service throughout their visit. Tasks include scheduling appointments, recommending services, creating repair orders, and facilitating communication between technicians and customers.
