Service Advisor (m/f/d) for the Audi brand

Reference number

Your tasks:

Conducting direct acceptance together with the customer
Determining the scope of work, diagnosing problems and creating specific repair orders
Regular coordination with the workshop regarding the status of each order
Preparation of vehicle return and billing
Advising customers and contacts in case of complaints
Sales of additional products and services in the service department
Close cooperation with the service management

Your profile:

Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive trade
Ideally further training as a service technician (m/f/d) or master automotive technician (m/f/d)
First professional experience as a service
