Description

Working as a Merchandising Manager for Stinchcomb Associates, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring that your team meets or exceeds merchandising standards on a daily basis.

You will oversee the operations in multiple stores, working with your team of merchandisers.
You will be responsible for ensuring merchandisers follow plan-o-grams, maintain signage, and uphold aesthetics standards.

Essential to this position is the ability to assist customers, work with your team in maintaining set standards, and communicating with your in-store contacts, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in horticulture, plant science, business management, or a related field is preferred.
*Several years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a garden center or nursery environment.
*Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
*Demonstrated creativity in visual merchandising and designing captivating displays.
*Ability to handle physical workload.
*Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
*Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
