Job Summary:
Must have experience in new construction, remodels, QSR, tenant improvements, and civil projects. Also, must be willing to travel if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols onsite to maintain a secure work environment
Experience:
- Strong background in budgeting and construction estimating
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera and Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects
- Prior experience supervising construction teams and ensuring project compliance
Pay:
From $97,000.00 per year
