    In this position you will be focusing on designing and implementing educational programs, outreach to communities and clients, leading strategic planning, and hosting trainings on program material.

    Summary of Responsibilities


    Coordinates and/or facilitates assigned project(s), which may include, but is not limited to, support for project timeline and deliverable tracking, team meeting and training logistics, and materials preparation.

    Essential Functions

    Monitors project plans, schedules and budgets. Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.

    Coordinates, organizes and supports project promotions to targeted audience.

    Documents and tracks project progress compared to goals.

    Coordinates and prepares reports, materials and presentations to support leaders.

    Coordinates and/or facilitates project tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    Minimum Education

    60 hours of college coursework in related field by hire date

    Preferred Education Minimum Experience

    One (1) year of experience in related field. Every 30 hours of college coursework beyond 60 hours can be substituted for one (1) year of experience.

    • Previous AOD experience is preferred
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


    • Projects focus on activities, programs and education related to Alcohol or Other Drugs (AOD) Position will create or maintain, - 3 programs a semester
    • Analyzes community needs to determine program opportunities, scope and goals. Tracks and reports data to substantiate efforts
    • Designs and implements educational programs and outreach activities for community and/or clients. Leads the strategic planning and project action implementations
    • Oversees the project plans and events calendar, coordinates services, and trains volunteer staff for outreach and educational events
    • Record student attendance for each program and share with leadership
    • Resolves major issues with services or project challenges as they arise.
    • Develops, maintains, and evaluates programs and learning outcomes, and provides regular reporting on these items
    • Coordinates with other members of the HOPE team to ensure maximum program efficacy
    • Tasks can include - setting up and staffing information tables in RSC during busy times, creating and staffing educational events, engaging the student population in evidence-based programming
    • Maintaining and developing informational materials on campus
