    Full-Time/Part Time

    This position is responsible for reviewing and auditing source data to provide accurate and timely entry to accounting systems and sub-systems.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
    • Audit all gaming and non-gaming areas according to established procedures and gaming regulations as well as facilitate timely and accurate recordings.
    • Communicate with company personnel to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Review system documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Communicate with all departments of any discrepancies via exceptions.
    • Maintain support documentation for further review.
    • Notify immediate supervisor of any potential discrepancies and assists with research and resolution of problems.
    • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned for the success of the department and property.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
    • Able to multi-task and detail oriented
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
    • High School Diploma
    • Two (2) years industry experience.
    • Minimum age requirement is 21.
    Required:
    • Demonstrated proficiency with adding machine and computer input terminal.
    • Accounting and clerical background helpful.
    • Gaming knowledge helpful.
    • High school level courses in accounting principles, and/or through related work experience or six months of on-the-job training.
    • Other skills necessary include the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Preferred:
    • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
    • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
