- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Design data models and perform data analysis to support data-driven decision making
- Create and maintain documentation of Power BI solutions, including data dictionaries and process flows
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to support Power BI solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization, data analysis, and data modeling
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to support enterprise data initiatives
- 5+ years of experience
- Responsible for leading and managing Power BI projects
- Expert in data modeling, data analysis, and visualization
- Mastery of DAX, M, and SQL
- Experience with data integration and transformation using Power Query and other ETL tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with training and mentoring other Power BI developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis
- Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and other Power BI tools
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
- Experience with data modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial services industry a plus

POSITION SUMMARY
The BI Developer or Senior BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
