    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer with a solid educational background and 2-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to personal development, project team collaboration, and community impact.

    Qualifications:
    • Education: Four-year bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field from an accredited program.
    • Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
    Required Skills:
    • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter with a strong drive for personal and professional development
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and contribute positively to the community
    • Candidates must be willing to provide work samples and/or take a CAD assessment
    Preferred Skills:
    • Engineer-in-Training (EI) on the path to Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
    • Experience in storm drain, sanitary sewer, water distribution networks, and site grading preferred
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the design and production of civil engineering construction documents and conceptual site plans
    • Complete civil utility and site design, including water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, HGL modeling, fire flow design, and stormwater management
    • Generate site grading plans, earthworks calculations, and sediment/erosion control design/permitting
    • Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, project teams, contractors, and owners
    • Work collaboratively within the project team in accordance with company standards from the concept phase through construction administration for various projects
    Pay Range:
    • $75,000 - $80,000
    Shift and Hours:
    • Monday - Friday
    • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
