- Provide patient/subject care following study protocols and good clinical research principles.
- Assist with clinical tasks like blood draws, specimen collection, vitals, and monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Manage interactions with sponsors, internal research personnel, and clinic staff.
- Coordinate enrollment screening, maintain documentation, and clinical trial calendars.
- Ensure all procedures align with study regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet research objectives.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (mandatory)
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mandatory)
- 1-3 years' clinical research experience preferred
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Oncology, Good Clinical Practice, and Research Ethics preferred
