As a Floor Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, inventory management, and traveling to different accounts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the floor technician team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members for their professional growth.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team and ensure a harmonious working atmosphere.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure that all flooring projects are completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and client specifications.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the floor technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to secure new contracts and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies to enhance the company's service offerings and competitiveness.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the team's budget, ensuring costeffective and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor project profitability and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Order necessary materials and equipment, ensuring their availability for ongoing projects.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for the team and clients.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly.
- Train team members on safe work practices and ensure they follow established protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a flooringrelated field, with at least 2 years in a management position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team of floor technicians.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with budget
