Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

Joint sealants, traffic coating systems, water repellants, and air/vapor barrier systems

• Belowgrade mechanically fastened, selfadhered and fluidapplied systems
• Inspect work areas for defects in substrates and deficiencies in waterproofing, making necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure a watertight seal.
• Brick masonry rehab and tuckpointing.
• Coating using rollers and airless spray equipment.
• Operating power washers and other power tools.
• Ensuring the safe operation of swing stages, Boom lifts, and other suspended work platforms.
• Frequently lifting, carrying, working at heights, and holding tools and supplies.
• Adhering to all safety standards and requirements.
• Performing all other duties as assigned. These duties may change often as the work conditions require.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience in waterproofing
• Knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Transportation

• Team Player

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

• Reliability

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Willing to travel out of the area occasionally.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
