Job Description:
Position Objective:
As an E-commerce employee with a focus on product sourcing and purchasing, you will be responsible for selecting, procuring, and managing our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Trend Research:
- Researching current market and industry trends.
- Analyzing customer needs and feedback.
- Monitoring competition and adjusting purchasing strategy.
Supplier Management:
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Establishing and maintaining longterm supplier relationships.
Product Selection and Procurement:
- Selecting products that meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Planning and monitoring the procurement process.
- Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and budgets.
Quality Control:
- Checking product quality upon arrival.
- Coordinating with quality management to ensure product standards.
Inventory Management:
- Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels.
- Optimizing inventory to avoid overstock or shortages.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Providing product information for marketing activities.
Profile:
- Proficient in PC skills.
- Adequate experience with Office 36
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Sufficient experience in customer service.
- Knowledge in report creation.
- Proficient in analyzing data.
- Ideally, experience in Ecommerce.
