WHAT YOU'LL DO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build the roadmap for the company's digital product, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience, increasing conversion and subscription rates, and driving customer engagement
- Effectively prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints, while managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap for the website, outlining a structured approach to testing and optimization initiatives
- Oversee the endtoend product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and user research to design, implementation, and optimization
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience and Operations), to define product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Utilize datadriven insights, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization, continuously iterating to improve performance and meet evolving customer needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the digital product space
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 57 years experience working in digital product management for an ecommerce company
- Shopify experience required / subscription experience preferred
- Experience working with analytics tools like Heap, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, Tableau
- A/B testing experience
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and experiencing implementing personalization strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools to drive product decisions and measure performance
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and QA in alignment with defined criteria
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary Range:
$140K - $170K. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role and experience.
