- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes within the manufacturing and assembly departments.
- Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and streamline workflows.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in operations to meet short and long-term financial goals.
- Lead Lean and 6 Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and improve overall productivity.
- Implement Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.
- Increase Kaizen events conducted year over year.
- Meet or exceed financial metrics.
- Train all Revere team members on lean manufacturing basics including waste elimination.
- Execute Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) as a part of the Revere business system.
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent work experience (20+ years manufacturing leadership experience), MBA preferred
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 6 Sigma, or Total Quality Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience as a people leader with strong business acumen
- Experience in being the lead change agent in complex transformational activities
- Must have a passion for and strong beliefs in constant improvement.
- Natural leadership ability (4 E's) to resolve complex, multi-faceted problems
- Must be data-driven and possess a high level of attention to detail
- Exhibits high level of professionalism and sets an example for others to follow
