As a Sr Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the semiconductor manufacturing team, overseeing complex projects and guiding the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, focused primarily on wet chemical processing.
You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and improvement of semiconductor wet chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize manufacturing operations, and implement best practices.Your work will not only advance our business but also create solutions that address some of the world's most pressing challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and optimize wet chemical semiconductor manufacturing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and react to various machine and process SPC charts
Troubleshoot wet process and machine variability/process drift
Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex manufacturing issues
Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,
mathematics
Minimum of 6 years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing
Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
WE VALUE
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing techniques
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Microsoft Office suite capability
Ability to gain a security clearance
