Our client relies on our many years of expertise, reliability, and flexibility in handling a variety of customer concerns, particularly related to photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and battery storage.

We are looking for you to join our team of over 100 employees at our location in Berlin-Adlershof.

Your tasks

After your intensive training at the location,

you will work Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system (service hours from 7 am to 8 pm)
you will act as the first point of contact for various inquiries in the context of telephone and written customer contact, such as changes to master data, questions about electricity billing, or the transmission of meter readings
you will ensure comprehensive recording of fault reports regarding electricity and/or gas supply via corresponding systems and take care of forwarding them to the grid control centers
you will guide our business partners through the service portal and provide assistance
