- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Oversee the finance and insurance (F&I) process.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including sales contracts and loan agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the inventory team to manage dealership stock levels and ensure adequate availability.
- Monitor inventory turnover and aging to optimize sales and minimize carrying costs.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or RV industries.
- Strong understanding of finance principles, with experience in F&I operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Strong communication ability, written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
