- Conducting prehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
- Implementing evidence-based therapy techniques to improve munication, swallowing, and cognitive skills
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, physicians, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care
- Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in pliance with regulatory standards
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
