Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Supervisor/Foreman to join our construction team.

As a Labor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the labor crew on construction sites.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the labor crew on construction sites
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Assign tasks to labor crew members and provide clear instructions
• Train new labor crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and equipment maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues and take appropriate corrective actions

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
• Experience in pipeline construction is preferred but not required
