Join DABS Inc in supporting adults with developmental disabilities across California As a Life Skills Trainer, you'll guide clients in achieving their goals and fostering meaningful connections within the community.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Provide personalized instruction and social skills development through community activities
  • Ensure safety in all environments, including during outings
  • Foster positive interactions and socialization among clients
  • Create activity plans tailored to each client's objectives
  • Address behaviors and conflicts with professionalism and ABA techniques
  • Stay updated with safety and ongoing training
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of client progress

What we need from you:


  • CPR Certification and TB Test (we can assist you with this)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and behaviors preferred
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance for driving roles
  • Clear federal and state background check

What we offer:

- $18-$20/hour

  • Wednesday and Thursday: 9am to 3pm
  • Monday and Thursday: 3:30pm to 7pm
  • Paid sick leave

Daly City, CA.

Experience:


  • Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
