Responsibilities:

Instruct students by following Sylvan's curriculum
Evaluate and document student progress
Manage students, tasks and time to create a balanced and robust instructional, educational session
Supports procedures to ensure student safety and wellbeing
Communicate any student needs to center director
Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment
Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching at Sylvan

Requirements:

Able to Engage, motivate and inspire students to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible
Strong problem solving and customer service skills

Position Details:

Part
Time position starting at $1
Flexible scheduling Monday
Friday 4:00pm 7:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

Reports to: Center Director
No prep Fully prepared lesson plans and materials are provided
