Summary
The Gallery Sales Associate (Evening) position has varying hours of 5:30-7:30pm Tuesday-Saturday in 5-7 week long stretches. This position is only needed when the Arts Center had a show in the theater. This position must be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Gallery Sales Associate role also requires proficiency in POS systems, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Duties

• Opening/Closing Facility and Sales Tracking System and cash drawer

• Customer Service

• Greet Customers, Answer Questions (phone/inperson), count attendees
• Sales
• Sales

Inventory

• Gallery upkeep
• Administrative Tasks

Skills Needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service orientation

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and hang art

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 or more years relevant experience
• Point of sale system experience preferred
• Lift artwork of up to 25 pounds
