    Job Summary:

    • The Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Director of Dining Services and ensures the best dining experience for residents, colleagues, and guests.

    Essential Functions and Key Tasks:

    • Cascade a spirit of Hospitality in all interactions.
    • Provide food and beverage service, attend to dietary requirements, and engage with residents to take orders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.
    • Support meal periods, maintain service areas, and assist with cleaning and dishwashing.
    • Operate in a kitchen environment, preparing and serving food while following safety protocols.

    Physical Demands:

    The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting items, and operating kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions are required.

    Required Education and Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent and previous food service experience.
