- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and updating documents, letters and correspondence to clients
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Scanning, e-filing, and processing tax returns and financial statements
- Supporting team with administrative duties as needed
- Bachelors degree preferred
- A finance or accounting background would be a plus but not needed
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team player mentality
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
