    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Conyers, GA.


    Position Overview:


    As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs at our Conyers manufacturing plant.

    You will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.

    Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, with an annual bonus potential of 7-10.5%.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others in EHS initiatives.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
    Experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards preferred.

    Key Responsibilities


    Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards.

    Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
    Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    Manage environmental compliance programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental reporting.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage inspections and audits.
    Lead emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
    Analyze EHS data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement.
    Provide guidance and support to plant leadership on EHS-related matters.
