- Manage the firm's collection processes/account maintenance at a regional level
- Provide excellent and thoughtful client service to hundreds of firm clients
- Work closely with the firm's billing attorneys and professional staff to bring resolution to the firm's most sensitive and complicated collectionissues
- Be in direct contact with the firm's clients, including their highest level ofmanagement
- Act as a resource to other Client Services Managers
- Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of theposition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of collections background
- Experience interacting with senior management personnel preferred
- Business collection or law firm experience a plus
- Ability to build solid working relationships with firm professionals while accomplishing the firm's financial goals
- Must demonstrate strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to unravel complicated accounts and issues
