• Invoicing to customers
• Accounts receivable management
• Application for guarantees
• Reviewing contracts
• Support in project purchasing
• Processing of customer inquiries and preparation of offers
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and statistics
• Support in applicant administration
• Organization of meetings, discussions, and events
• General office and administrative tasks
• Intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or general higher education entrance qualification
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
