Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP - Laguna Hills, CAAssociate with 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, pleadings, and motion practice. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as court experience are required.
Must possess an outstanding academic record, with a JD from an ABA accredited law school, and be a member of the California State Bar.
Additional consideration given to applicants with prior trust, probate, and financial elder abuse litigation experience.Along with resume, please submit a cover letter explaining your interest, a recent writing sample, and two to four professional references.

Remote working and remote court appearances generally permitted but expected to be in office as needed.
