The company POCCINO represents Italian product worlds, consisting of SAN MARCO Pasticceria (pastries, cakes and pies), POCCINO Espresso (Italian espresso coffee/machines and accessories) and the gastronomy businesses PALIO POCCINO/POCCINO Espressobar-Shop in the Düsseldorf Kö-Bogen.

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week)
commercial clerk (m/f/d) for our administration in Neuss.


Your responsibilities:

  • Expanding the sales of POCCINO Espresso and SAN MARCO products through various distribution channels
  • Maintaining relationships with manufacturers and distributors for POCCINO Espresso
  • Ensuring quality and procurement of goods
  • Updating and actively maintaining our online shop in cooperation with an external agency
  • Daily order processing, picking, packaging and shipping of POCCINO Espresso orders
  • Creating outgoing and incoming invoices with preparatory accounting
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First experience in sales
  • Communication skills, commitment, assertiveness and ability to work independently
  • A balanced affinity for Italian gourmet products and espresso machines (technical understanding)
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage
