Job Overview:

Duties:

• Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals, soups, sandwiches, salads and bakedgoods in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Implement menus that are diverse, balanced, and cater to various dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Serve Safe certified.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment and able to multitask. We do mostly large batch cooking and very little line work.
• Understanding of dietary restrictions and a willingness to taste test all dishes.

Skills:

• Kitchen: Proficient in various cooking techniques and familiar with kitchen equipment
• Cook: Skilled in preparing a wide range of dishes with precision and creativity and a willingness to learn.
