Development and implementation of category and supplier strategies for the civil engineering category, taking into account regional requirements and needs
Market analysis and securing and optimizing subcontractor capacities at our nationwide locations
Conducting tenders and concluding material, subcontractor, and framework agreements
Generating cost reduction potentials through optimization of the subcontractor base and analysis of market trends.
