JOB SUMMARY:

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Utech Products employees, customers, vendors, representatives, and services.
  • Manage endtoend RFP response process, including initial review, all documentation and submission.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, followup, and ongoing support.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, contracts, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Identifying, assessing, and negotiating potential suppliers' contracts and terms.
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Other work as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. In addition, when needed this job requires you to assist in the warehouse.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

While working in the warehouse the employee may be required to to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.


TRAVEL:
No travel is expected for this position


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelors in Business, Marketing or related field
