We are looking for support for our Major Incident Management Heroes team.

As a team player, you will work together with your fellow heroes and production to handle disruptions with high impact on our customers. You are the key figure in resolving the disruptions and the central point of contact for the customer's management, with whom you will be in direct communication.

After restoring the service, your job is not done. You will work with the departments and problem management to find permanent solutions.
