    Apartment Maintenance Technician

    We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in the Apartment Industry as a Maintenance Technician, particularly in handling ticket orders. Our team welcomes Maintenance Engineers from the hospitality sector as well. If you have your own tools, reliable transportation, and are confident in managing ticket orders while ensuring tenant satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.     OPPORTUNITY for Maintenance Technicians

    Whether you have previous experience in maintaining apartment communities, commercial facilities, construction, or renovation, we have a suitable position for you.

    The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, follows instructions diligently, and can handle various service requests (excluding HVAC).

    Application Process

    Join our team and take on these Maintenance Job Duties:

    • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
    • Preference for light plumbing & electrical experience
    • Perform tasks like changing/repairing light bulbs, locks, appliance installation/repairs
    • Engage in exterior/interior painting, caulking, light drywall repair
    • Capable of tasks like pressure washing, grounds keeping, and leaf blowing

    Requirements for Maintenance Job:

    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to assist with community projects
    • Team player who can take direction and enjoys collaborating with others
    • Must possess basic hand tools and power tools experience is a bonus
    • Able to lift 40-50 lbs and maintain a friendly, customer service-oriented approach
