Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multiline phone system
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
  • Assist with invoicing and collecting payments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Skills:


  • Proficiency in using phone systems to handle multiple incoming calls
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience in receptionist and administrative duties
  • Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate filing and data entry
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
