Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multiline phone system
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Assist with invoicing and collecting payments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems to handle multiple incoming calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in receptionist and administrative duties
- Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail for accurate filing and data entry
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
